The house was built in 2015. It is a freestanding house and has a spacious garden. The plot measures approximately 900 m², of which 120 m² is covered by the footprint of the house. The main outside entertainment deck is approximately 40 m² in total and the garden is 620 m² large. It also has parking space for two vehicles. Smoking in the house is not allowed. Families and their children are welcome. The house is barrier-free and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. We are sorry, but no pets are allowed.
There are three bedrooms, a large open-plan living area including the dining room, kitchen, and lounge. It has two spacious bathrooms for our guest’s convenience. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds (extra length) and have garden and mountain views. The third bedroom has two single beds. All beds have high quality mattresses and offer excellent comfort.
Both bathrooms have been spaciously designed. The main bathroom has two wash basins, a toilet, a shower, and a bath. The second bathroom has a wash basin, a toilet and a spacious walk-in shower.
Kitchen and living area
The living area has a fireplace, a sofa and two armchairs. A Television is available, as well as a small games collection. In the well-equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, gas stove, an electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, toaster, and a kettle.
Around the house
On the outside there are two wooden decks overlooking the garden. It is fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue/braai/weber for use in the garden. The garden also has quite a large bit of lawn and the outdoor shower is great when coming back from the beach.
The price includes towels (beach towels as well), bed linen, full kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi (included in peak season price, to be payed extra in low season if needed) and the cleaning after your stay.
The house is not equipped with a washing machine. If there is a need to wash clothes during your stay, “Helen’s laundry” is just up the road from the house. Helen is great and provides a very personal and friendly service.
